How do I place an order with The Beach Butlers?

It’s easy! Simply place your order using our online shopping cart a minimum of five (5) days prior to your arrival date. Please be as specific as possible. If your preferences are unavailable a comparable product will be substituted. We will contact you by phone to confirm your order and payment information. Specialty orders are non-refundable. For last minute orders, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request; however, Arrowhead Beef orders do require a minimum three days notice. A small service fee may apply for last minute orders.

What are your service areas?

Established in 2004, The Beach Butlers proudly serves Florida’s Scenic Hwy 30A which includes Dune Allen Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, WaterSound, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach and Carillon Beach. We also provide service to select areas of Panama City Beach (AREA CODES 32413 & 32461 ONLY), Sandestin and Destin (AREA CODE 32550 ONLY). Which grocery stores do you shop?

We primarily do all our shopping at Publix unless our customers have a specific request. The Beach Butlers are 100% committed to our customers and their satisfaction.

Can I order organic products?

Yes, absolutely! Organic products including fruits and vegetables, dairy items, frozen foods, baby food and other packaged goods are available for ordering. All organic selections should be clearly noted in your online order. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests.

What are your fees?

The Beach Butlers is an affordable way to keep your vacation kitchen stocked with all your favorite items…without ever having to set foot in a store!

  • Our fees are $55 per hour (minimum of one (1) hour), plus 20% of your total grocery order plus any taxes and tips (or $20 for purchases under $100).
  • For last minute (under five (5) days prior to arrival), an additional $25 service fee will be applied during peak season (April through August).

How will you access my vacation home/rental for delivery?

Not to worry…leave that up to us! The Beach Butlers use the information you provided us in your order form to contact the property owner or property management company prior to your arrival. We will make arrangements with them for your delivery.

What type of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept ALL major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

After I place my initial order, can I add additional items?

Absolutely! Often additional items are thought of after placing your initial order. You may contact The Beach Butlers by phone or email up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery to request additional items.

Can I place an additional order during my vacation?

Not a problem! Contact us by email or phone and we will gladly help you with your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

All orders cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival will be subject to a $100.00 termination fee. If you do not cancel your order, your credit card will be charged for the amount of all purchased items you requested.

If there is an issue with my order, what should I do?

Our goal at The Beach Butlers is that you are 100% satisfied with the quality and freshness of the goods as well as with our service. Please let us know of any issues immediately so that we can work with you to resolve the problem while you are still in town.

What should I expect when I arrive at my vacation home/rental?

Your vacation begins the moment you walk through the door! The Beach Butlers will have your groceries neatly arranged and stocked in your refrigerator and pantry prior to your arrival (barring any complications with entry to your rental, prior tenant, cleaning schedule conflicts or holidays). We will make every effort to make your delivery prior to your arrival. If your order is running late, you will be notified via text with an estimated time.

Can I tip my Beach Butler?

Yes…Gratuities are greatly appreciated! It’s a great way to say “Thank You!”

We focus on the details: cold items are arranged neatly in the refrigerator and freezer, boxed and canned goods are organized in the cupboards and pantry; even bottled and canned beverages are removed out of their cardboard or plastic containers with no trace of the waste.
