Thank you for choosing The Beach Butlers for your Emerald Coast grocery shopping and delivery service. We are delighted to assist you in making your vacation as convenient and hassle-free as possible. When planning your list keep in mind the number of people in your party and the number of days you will be staying. Be as specific as possible on brand names, quantities and weights. If your preferences are unavailable, a comparable product will be substituted. Simply fill in our easy-to-use online shopping list at least one (1) week ahead of your arrival date. A 48–hour cancellation notice is required with a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee. Specialty orders are non-refundable. The fee for shopping AND delivery is $35.00 per hour plus 20% of the cost of items purchased. We will bill your credit card for all charges unless you make alternative arrangements with us. Your Beach Butler order will be delivered by 5:00 pm on your arrival date, barring complications with prior tenant departure or cleaning schedule conflicts. Please note: If you are arriving on a holiday your delivery time may be after 5:00 pm.
